• Tax credits for qualifying HVac systems will pay 30% or up to $1,500 of your costs (for existing homes only) purchased in 2009 and 2010.
• Tax credits for qualifying furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners installed in 2011 will have a cap of $500.  The cap is on the total amount of credits a homeowner may claim between 2006 and 2011, not just for 2011.

• Tax credits for Solar and Wind Energy systems will pay 30% of your costs with no upper limit and purchased through 2016 (for new and existing homes).
